What may be recorded

Item	Why
Hosting records	Security, fault finding, and abuse checks handled by the hosting environment.
Notice flag	Kept in your browser through localStorage so the notice stays hidden after you accept it.
Letters you send	Used only to answer a correction, a source question, or a privacy question you choose to send.

How a letter is handled

Letters are read so we can answer the question you actually sent. Bellroad Journal does not sell personal information and does not keep player accounts on this website. A message might mention a mode, a weapon, or a page you want corrected. That is the whole scope.

How long we keep mail

Email or phone correspondence may be kept while a correction or question is open. Routine inbox clearing is handled by the editorial desk at 104, 28 Waterloo Quay, Wellington 6140, New Zealand.
