Weapon arsenal
Sort the confirmed kit for Phantom Blade Zero: thirty-plus primary weapons, twenty-five Phantom Edges, upgrades, accessories, and a reforge that returns materials. These notes follow S-GAME’s public combat brief, not a store catalogue.
What the kit is actually for
Soulframe Liang treats weapons as sensations before he treats them as a balance chart. Phantom Blade Zero is not a competitive fighter, so two arms do not need matching win rates. They need different reach, a different rhythm, and a reason to exist when a shield, a crowd, or a boss phase shows up.
- Primary weapons you can finish the story with, wooden sword included
- Phantom Edges for a second rhythm, from range to area bursts
- Reforging when a levelled arm no longer matches the chapter
- Accessories and summons when you want help without dropping stance
Kit overview
| Slot | Where it shines | Keep in mind |
|---|---|---|
| Primary arms | A full clear on one identity, or a swap when reach changes | Late weapons arrive after hard bosses, so a first run may barely use them |
| Phantom Edges | A second tool: range, area, or a summon beside your main arm | They support a build; they do not replace learning a boss tell |
| Reforge | Pulling materials out of a weapon you no longer trust | Do it before a boss wall, not after attempts are already gone |
| Boss relics | Carrying a defeated foe’s weapon and a piece of their rhythm | The show starts in the fight; the prize is the stance you inherit |
